De quelques enjeux d’une Liste de diffusion au sein d’un Espace Numérique de Travail (ENT)

This article studies the use of mailing lists for teachers at University Montpellier 3 emerging from the use of a Digital Workspaces. The resolution of technical prob¬lems has in fact a double objective. While obviously helping users to resolve techni¬cal problems, the mailing lists also contribute to develop a community of common practice within which users develop a level of interdependence. That is, the objec¬tive of the mailing list is not only technical but also social.
